Seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR advice and support to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with HR policies and relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with Heads of Departments, Managers, and Staff, providing advice and assistance.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Collate, prepare, and complete reports for monthly payroll in conjunction with the payroll team.
- Develop and issue Human Resources policies and procedures, and update as needed.
- Assist in promoting good attendance management and support managers in efforts to maintain good attendance.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and guiding managers through the interview stage to placement.
- Coach and support managers on ER policies and procedures and legal framework.
- Prepare employee contracts, letters, starter packs, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure processes, policies, systems, and relationships are fair, equitable, and foster a culture of openness, trust, and inclusion.
- Assist in the coordination of the Annual Performance Management process.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of HR experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to be a strong team player and provide support at all levels.
- Strong experience working with HR Systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal positively with difficult situations.
- Solutions-oriented, creative, and proactive approach.
- Ability to prioritize and work to key deadlines.
