**Human Resources Business Partner** A Human Resources Business Partner is sought to join a large healthcare setting, providing professional HR advice to all staff groups and contributing to the delivery of the strategy and objectives. **Job Description:** * Act as a focal point for the provision of HR advice and support to assigned directorates and departments * Interpret and apply terms and conditions of service, employment law, HR circulars and/or memos and HR policies and procedures * Resolve employee/industrial relations issues, consulting with staff and union representatives as necessary * Implement project and change management * Workforce planning, monitoring resource trends and encouraging effective utilisation of staffing resources * Attendance Management & Performance Management * Promotion of Organisational Healthiness, including diverse and flexible work practices * Collaborate with the workforce information unit to collate, analyse and interpret HR performance management data * Work in partnership with directorate/department management teams to achieve strategic and operational objectives * Liaise with other HR/cross functional teams to ensure good HR working practices * Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Director/HR Operations Manager **Requirements:** * Third level qualification in Human Resource Management * Minimum of three years related HR experience * Practical experience of use of IT systems/packages such as Microsoft Office and HR systems * Skills: HR BP, IR & ER, Change Management, 3rd Level Degree **Benefits:** * Contract * Excellent compensation package
