HR Business Partner Vacancy
Our client, an international logistics and supply chain provider, is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to advance their HR career in a global environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop strong business and stakeholder relationships across all areas of the business, providing advice and best practice to management in line with company policies, legislation, and emerging trends. • Work closely with leadership to bring strategy and purpose to life, including organisation design, capability & resource planning, and employee engagement. • Apply policies and procedures across the business, assisting in their interpretation and administration. • Support organisational change projects and their associated people implications. • Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives, with a specific focus on employee engagement and improving the colleague experience. • Proactively manage employee relations, engaging early to support resolution and prevent unnecessary escalation. • Manage talent, performance management, and succession planning processes across the business. • Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure that development programmes support future business capability requirements. • Support the Talent Pipeline by identifying high-performing talent both internally and externally. • Work closely with the HR teams to execute a best-practice HR service model. • Bring fresh ideas proactively to both the Human Resources Ireland Team and strategic direction. Requirements: • At least 3 years' experience working in a HR Business Partner model, but all HR disciplines will be considered. • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills. • Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Proven exposure to quality employee relations, performance management, and talent management agendas. • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law framework. • Ability to project manage multiple projects and initiatives through to successful delivery. • Proven experience working on a progressive people agenda. • Strong administration and organisational skills. • Ability to multi-task with excellent problem-solving skills, prioritisation skills, and adaptability. • Enthusiasm about delivering an excellent HR service. • Personal accountability, discretion, and integrity. • Strong team player. Our client is a global logistics and supply chain provider with offices in North County Dublin. The role will include travel to other Dublin locations, Shannon, and Cork. Salary: €70,000.
