Job Summary: Experienced HR Business Partner required to drive HR strategy and deliver effective implementation in a fast-paced manufacturing company in Dublin.
The successful candidate will possess strong client/business acumen, change management, leadership development and consulting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business demands into People Operations and communicate effectively across the HR team.
- Support business managers to ensure an aligned/integrated people strategy that reflects business need.
- Drive organisational change initiatives, including new organisation designs, roles and core competency frameworks.
- Define and translate business needs into a workforce strategy and partner with Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development.
- Manage employee relations issues and monitor trends or business impact.
- Coach managers around teams and drive HR's involvement in the Talent Management process.
- Participate in cross-organisational, cross-HR initiatives.
