Job Description: HR Business Partner will provide strategic and operational HR interface to key business areas, partnering at all levels and managing key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive consistency in attracting, managing, developing and retaining talent across Ireland.
- Partner with business to create sustainable organisational design.
- Support change projects and transformational activity through strong change management approach.
- Coach managers to role model company values and leadership behaviours.
- Participate in relevant projects and share best practice within the People function.
Requirements:
- Relevant business experience and fully CIPD Qualified.
- Previous experience delivering proactive and commercial HR service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Sound understanding of People policies and procedures.
- Strong project management and facilitation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday system and process knowledge.
