Human Resources Business Partner sought for large healthcare setting to provide professional HR advice and support to assigned directorates and departments.
**Job Description** We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources Operational Management team, you will work closely with clinical and operational managers to deliver the strategy and objectives of the organization. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide professional HR advice and support to assigned directorates and departments • Interpret and apply terms and conditions of service, employment law, HR circulars and/or memos, and HR policies and procedures • Resolve employee/industrial relations issues, including consultation and negotiation with staff and union representatives • Implement project and change management initiatives • Workforce planning, including monitoring resource trends and encouraging effective utilization of staffing resources • Attendance Management & Performance Management • Promotion of Organisational Healthiness, including diverse, flexible, and healthy work practices • Collaborate with the workforce information unit to analyze and interpret HR performance management data • Work in partnership with directorate/department management teams to achieve strategic and operational objectives • Liaise with other HR/cross functional teams to ensure good HR working practices **Requirements** • Third level qualification in Human Resource Management • Minimum of three years related HR experience, including advice and guidance to supervisors/manager/colleagues on all HR matters • Healthcare setting experience desirable but not essential • Implementing change management projects/programmes • Maintenance of HR systems • Track record of achievement in previous role, including high quality customer service • Practical experience of use of IT systems/packaging such as Microsoft Office and HR systems **Skills** • HR Business Partner • Industrial Relations & Employment Relations • Change Management • 3rd Level Degree **Benefits** • Contract • Excellent remuneration package
