About Your New Job Working as a trusted advisor to the business and supporting the leadership team to drive existing and new HR strategies. Being creative in the promotion and development of employee engagement policies and tasks. Working with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent. Management of the onboarding process for all new employees. Responsible for Employee Relations queries. Supporting payroll, comp & bens. Creating data-driven management reports. Developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
