About Cheeverstown: We are a leading provider of services to adults with intellectual disabilities in South Dublin. Our dedicated team provides residential, respite, and day services in a supportive, person centred and inclusive environment. About the Role: As a strategic partner to assigned services you will align HR initiatives with organisational goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will play a key role in all aspects of HR, with specific focus on the following ?Organisational Development & Change Management: Support organisational design and change management initiatives including supporting managers with new service development initiatives, ensuring HR policies and practices are aligned with evolving service offerings. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with assigned stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert HR guidance. ?Industrial Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with union representatives, lead negotiations, and advise on all aspects of employee relations within a unionised environment. ?Employee Relations & Engagement: Provide comprehensive support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of ER issues, fostering a positive and engaged work environment. ?Talent Acquisition & Onboading: Lead recruitment strategies, oversee the full recruitment cycle, and implement effective on boarding programs. ?Performance Management & Development: Drive performance management processes, identify training needs, and facilitate team building and leadership development. ?Absence Management: Develop and implement absence management policies, monitor trends, and support employee wellbeing. ?Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to your direct report(s) and managers. What you'll need: ?A primary degree in HR or equivalent ?5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in employee relations within a unionised setting (Irish public healthcare or Intellectual disabilities sector experience is highly desirable) ?Proven experience in managing and developing a team. ?Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare landscape and public sector context ?Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills ?Analytical and problem-solving expertise ?Change management experience ?Project management experience. ?Full, clean driving licence Desirable Criteria: ?CIPD Membership ?Familiarity with Irish public sector regulations in healthcare ?Deep understanding of Irish healthcare industry trends ?Evidence of ongoing CPD What we offer: ?Salary scale for this post is aligned to the HSE consolidated salary scales.
