A dedicated HR Business Partner is sought for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a leading global medical technology company in Wexford.
Key responsibilities include supporting employees, developing HR strategies, and promoting company values while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support and develop employees to meet current and future business needs.
- Create and manage HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organisation.
- Model company values and purpose to strengthen the workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, acting as a link between staff and management.
- Assist in rolling out new HR initiatives.
- Offer advice on employment laws and keep HR policies up to date.
- Provide support for Employee Relations issues.
- Support leaders in managing performance and identify training needs.
- Oversee occupational health and safety requirements.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' work experience in a fast-paced HR team.
- Experience working in manufacturing, desirable.
- Familiarity with Workday and TMS system.
- Experience supporting various job levels in a business.
- Ability to coach and mentor others.
