We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Tralee, County Kerry. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of HR strategies and their alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive productivity and engagement.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to enhance organisational performance.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Foster constructive labour relations in a unionised environment.
- Facilitate negotiations and conflict resolution.
- Lead talent management and organisational development initiatives.
- Implement strategic HR solutions to support business growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive employee satisfaction and performance.
- Utilise strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar setting.
- Degree holder in Human Resource Management.
- CIPD qualification highly beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal and IT skills.
This is a full-time position based in Tralee, County Kerry. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary in the region of €55 – €65,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
