Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Tralee, County Kerry. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of HR strategies and their alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive productivity and engagement.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to enhance organisational performance.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Foster constructive labour relations in a unionised environment.
  • Facilitate negotiations and conflict resolution.
  • Lead talent management and organisational development initiatives.
  • Implement strategic HR solutions to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive employee satisfaction and performance.
  • Utilise strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar setting.
  • Degree holder in Human Resource Management.
  • CIPD qualification highly beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and IT skills.

This is a full-time position based in Tralee, County Kerry. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary in the region of €55 – €65,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
