Job Description

Our client, a leading global medical technology company based in Wexford, is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will engage with the organisation, participate in projects, and serve as the primary contact for staff and colleagues.

You will address any questions or concerns they may have while promoting core values and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.


RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

  • Support and develop employees to meet current and future business needs.
  • Create and manage HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organisation.
  • Model company values and purpose to strengthen the workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, acting as a link between staff and management.
  • Assist in rolling out new HR initiatives.
  • Offer advice on employment laws and keep HR policies up to date.
  • Provide any required support for Employee Relations issues
  • Support leaders in managing performance and identify training needs.
  • Oversee occupational health and safety requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' work experience in a fast-paced HR team.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, desirable
  • Familiarity with Workday and TMS system.
  • Experience supporting various job levels in a business.
  • Ability to coach and mentor others.
