HR Business Partner Role Summary Sanderson is working in partnership with its Global client to recruit a permanent HR Business Partner to undertake a broad-based HR role that works closely with the wider HR Partnering Team and reports into the Head of Business Partnering. We are looking for an HR Business Partner that will provide strong operational and strategic alignment, employee relations, and change management. You will possess excellent communications, problem-solving, and digital proficiency. Additionally, you should excel in leadership development, cross-cultural competence, and building strong relationships within and outside the organisation. Role Responsibilities Work with business leaders and colleagues to create an environment of trust, dignity, and respect, where values and behaviours are aligned to values and behaviours. Be a first point of contact for all HR related queries, providing superior customer service to all colleagues in line with employment law legislation and internal policies. Collaborate closely with managers to ensure probationary periods are managed effectively. Administer benefits including time and attendance, benefits -pension etc Consult with payroll monthly on coordinating information for payroll notifications ensuring the payroll department is informed of any relevant changes throughout the employee life cycle. Case management of internal employee relations matters where they arise. Monitor absenteeism in conjunction with department managers ensure adherence to the absence management procedure and case management of the long-term absence procedure. Manage occupational health reviews and referrals in line with company procedure. Consult with management on ensuring the performance management review cycle is implemented. Ensure employee data is updated and maintained in line with GDPR requirements and respond to requests made under same. Collaborating with the administrators, ensuring HR systems are updated and maintained. Assist managers to embed our internal policies and procedures consistently. Mediation and facilitation of issue resolution Case management of long-term absence process Assist with preparations of audits from external bodies. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years previous relevant experience Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Human Resources) CIPD Qualification, desirable Onsite role with occasional travel locally within Ireland Strong communication and relationship building skills Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Strong IT skills - MS Excel and MS Word and MS PowerPoint Skills: HR Business Partner Employee Relations Partner People Partner Benefits: Work From Home
