**Human Resources Business Partner** **Join a global medical technology company advancing healthcare worldwide** As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in promoting corporate values, enabling business success, and supporting employees in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization * Lead by example, embedding our corporate and local purpose, vision, and values in our culture * Foster positive employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues * Work closely with the HR Manager on new initiatives and nurture a positive onsite culture * Interpret and advise on employment legislation, ensuring up-to-date policies across HR activities * Manage HR systems, including Workday and TMS, to deliver timely and accurate data **Coaching and Development:** * Mentor people leaders through performance management processes * Assess training needs and develop training programs * Plan and deliver training to support business objectives **Team Player:** * Champion employee engagement, inclusion, diversity initiatives, and CSR activities * Build strong partnerships with internal teams, including the Associate Service Centre and Regional COEs **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field * 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced HR team, preferably in manufacturing * Proven experience using Workday and TMS systems * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and excellent benefits * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development
