As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be partnering with the business, collaborating and contributing to projects, being the main point of contact for employees and team members. Your new role: Support business needs through developing, engaging, motivating and preserving human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation. Lead by example, embedding our corporate and local purpose, vision and values in our culture. Customer-focused employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. Nurture a positive onsite culture. Business Orientated Coach and mentor people leaders through all performance management processes, assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs, planning and delivering training as required. Managing occupational health system and employer liability requirements. About you Bachelors degree required in addition to 3+ years experience working in a fast paced HR team. Experience using both Workday & TMS systems a distinct advantage. Experience supporting a business with a broad range of professional levels. Important to note - This role is a 12-month FTC.
