Our client, a leading provider of after-school care services, is currently recruiting an HR Business Partner to join their team in Dublin. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, executing the HR strategy, spearheading HR initiatives, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures.Partner with operational leaders to support workforce planning, talent development, and organisational effectiveness. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development. Ideal Candidate 4+ Years experience in a fast-paced, operational setting. Strong Employee Relations Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
