Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Service Manager to join a public sector client. The successful candidate will have strong Irish employee relations experience and be able to drive integration and standardisation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of HR
- Drive integration and standardisation of HR processes
- Provide support and advice on complex people issues
- Develop effective partnerships with key stakeholders
- Provide best practice HR advice and leadership
Requirements:
- Extensive HR experience in a hospital, healthcare or public sector setting
- Previous experience leading a team will be essential
- Change management exposure will be key
- Strong Irish employee relations experience
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships
- Ability to travel to various locations in Dublin
