Seeking an experienced HR Business Service Manager to lead a team and drive integration of HR processes in a public sector setting.

- Manage day-to-day HR activities
- Drive standardisation of HR processes
- Provide advice on complex people issues
- Foster effective relationships with stakeholders
- Provide best practice HR advice and leadership
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive HR experience in a hospital, healthcare or public sector setting
- Previous team leadership experience
- Change management experience
- Strong Irish employee relations experience
- Ability to work with various personalities and priorities
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships
- Ability to travel to various locations
