Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a public sector client in recruiting for a HR Business Service Manager as part of a wider HR team. Reporting into the Head of HR Operations, you will have a number of direct reports in a lead capacity role. Roles and responsibility will include: Manage the day-to-day activities of HR Drive integration and standardisation of HR processes in a changing environment Provide support and advice on a wide range of complex people issues Develop and foster effective partnership and working relationships with key stakeholders Provide best practice HR advice and leadership to HR teams and managers Skills and experiences required for the role: Extensive HR experience in a hospital, healthcare or public sector setting Previous experience leading a team will be essential Change management exposure will be key for this position Strong Irish employee relations experience will be required A skill set in working with various personalities who have differing priorities Have the ability to influence and build strong relationships Ability to travel to various locations in Dublin If you have the above experience and HR exposure and are looking to find out more about this position, send your CV to in confidence Skills: HR management ER
