Job Description

A strong administrator is sought to support the HR team with a complex project in Dublin City Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent communication across the business
  • Completing reports
  • Reviewing complex spreadsheets with attention to detail
  • Dealing with high volumes of documents, data, and emails
  • Providing support and flexibility at key project milestones
  • General administration tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a busy administration position
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint
