Job Description
A 6 month HR Coordinator role in Dublin city centre supporting EMEA with all HR-related matters in a busy, fast paced, dynamic environment. Hybrid working or fully remote work available.
Responsibilities:
- Support HR Business Partners and collaborate with the wider People Operations team for a remarkable employee experience.
- Collaborate on termination processes.
- Manage EMEA leaves of absence.
- Manage HR inbox and respond to employee queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Generate HR reports and take action as needed.
- Process transactions in the HRIS with focus on accuracy and timelines.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience working in a Human Resources function.
- HR Qualification.
- Strong customer service orientation with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Prior knowledge & experience with WorkDay or other HRIS.
