About the Company

Our client is a leading data centre delivery partner based in Dublin, providing services throughout Europe. Who are currently seeking an HR Co-ordinator to join the head office team in Dublin. This is a pivotal role, supporting the HR team across a comprehensive range of people-related activities.

About the Role

  • Prepare, issue, and ensure the completion of employee contracts and documentation, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate new employee orientation.
  • Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Manage daytoday requests via the HR Mailbox, working with the team to efficiently direct all queries.
  • Monitor and report on key and trending questions, recommending and implementing agreed improvements.
  • Process letters of resignation, coordinate the return of company equipment, and organise exit interviews.
  • Coordinate training sessions, maintain attendance records, and report on participant feedback.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of training materials.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor and manage absence records, liaising with line management as needed.
  • Participate proactively in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and provide crossfunctional support (payroll and recruitment).
  • Support the implementation of the Health & Wellbeing strategy, including the Employee Assistance Programme and new initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Relevant degree with a minimum of 12 months' experience.
  • Ability to organise work, focus on priorities, and deliver in a busy HR operational environment.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
