Job Description

Our multinational tech client in Dublin city centre has a 6 month requirement for a HR Coordinator to join their HR operations team supporting EMEA. The successful candidate will support all HR-related matters in a busy, fast-paced, dynamic environment. Hybrid working or fully remote work on offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

1. Provide support to the HR Business Partners and collaborate with the wider People Operations team to ensure a remarkable employee experience.
2. Collaborate on our termination processes.
3. Manage all EMEA leaves of absence.
4. Manage HR inbox and respond to employee queries.
5. Identify opportunities to improve processes.
6. Generate HR reports and take action as needed.
7. Process transactions in the HRIS with focus on accuracy and timelines.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. 1+ years of experience working in a Human Resources function.
2. HR Qualification.
3. A strong customer service orientation with high attention to detail.
4. Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
5. Prior knowledge & experience with WorkDay or other HRIS.
