HR Coordinator role at MGS, a global provider of healthcare manufacturing solutions, requires a broad scope of knowledge and experience to contribute to day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR filing systems and staff files
- Filing, copying, drafting, and managing correspondence
- Stationery supply management
- Meeting Room management for HR Dept & Wider SLT
- Coordinating catering requests/lunch vouchers
- General Switchboard management
- Acting as a focal point of contact within HR
- Providing support to employees and managers in HR related topics
- Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements
- HRIS upkeep, staff profiles, hours, and resolving issues
- Annual Leave management
- Recruitment management, posting and marketing of open jobs
- Onboarding of staff, creating induction packs and preparing contracts
- Work visas / employment permits management
- Performance management and maintaining accurate HR records
Requirements:
- Previous HR administration experience in a busy and dynamic working environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Self-starter, results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
