Job Description

Job Title: HR Data Analytics Lead. Develop processes, analyse key people insights to inform business decisions. Drive HR Data Analytics capability and share expertise. Create new data models, KPIs, dashboards and reporting solutions to help stakeholders answer critical people questions. Focus on data extraction to support talent attraction, employee retention, succession planning, performance, headcount and skills requirements and associated costs. Partner with HR and business colleagues to identify analytics opportunities and advise on best practices relating to people data. Automate manual tasks by querying databases and creating pipelines to expose data directly in dashboards. Communicate data insights and recommendations to non-HR audiences through clear writing, visual tools and story-telling. Work to upskill HR colleagues and to share data analytics expertise as relevant. Proven experience working in data roles, preferably with a focus on HR/People data. Relevant Degree in Statistics/Maths/Data Science/Coding. Experience in Data Mining, Predictive Analytics, Statistics, Data Governance and Ethics. Proven experience in the following tools: Advanced Excel, ELT (e.g. Alteryx), VBA Programming. Professional experience with data visualisation (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Ability to initiate projects and drive them to completion without guidance. Strong problem-solver and critical thinker. Strong presentation skills and the ability to bring complex data to life for an audience. ORNUA competencies: Expertise, Working Together, Curiosity, Forward-Looking.
