HR Employment Law Consultant Location:Dublin 3 (Fully Onsite) Salary:€40K - €45,000 Job Purpose: To provide HR and Employment Law advice and support to clients across various sectors. Must have excellent knowledge and experience of Irish Employment Law!!! Job Overview: As an Employment Law Consultant, you will deliver legally compliant advice and HR assistance to clients via telephone, ensuring they understand any non-compliant options and the associated risks. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Meet departmental KPIs by providing quality advice within set SLAs. Continuously update your knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Advise and guide clients on employment law/HR enquiries. Accurately record all advice and client information in the database. Attend legal briefings and training to ensure compliance. Adhere to departmental protocols to maintain high service quality. Recommend additional products and services to clients. Participate in team meetings. Maintain a professional and responsible attitude. Collaborate with the team and perform additional tasks as required. Stay informed about our products and services to drive referrals and client engagement. Ideal candidate must have: Excellent knowledge of Irish Employment law, and effective communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Dynamic and flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure. Practical experience in HR or Employment Law. Willingness to develop your career as an HR professional. Enthusiasm for generating new business referrals. Ability to quickly learn, research, and interpret law. Strong prioritisation and self-supervision skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
