Job Title: HR eRostering Administrator

Peamount Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR eRostering Administrator to join our team. As an HR eRostering Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of our eRostering system, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of all deviations from rosters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of eRostering system
  • Reconciliation of deviations from rosters
  • Update and maintain employee records
  • Monitor inputs required for time and attendance and eRostering
  • Ensure accurate information in line with company policies

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration and data entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
