HR Executive sought for a large law firm in Dublin 2 to administer day-to-day HR operations.

Job Description

As HR Executive, you will play a central role in the administration of our firm's HR operations. You will promote a positive work environment, provide administrative support, and maintain data and records.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a positive and open work environment with absolute confidentiality.
  • Provide pro-active administrative support across key HR practice areas.
  • Input, update, and maintain data and records.
  • Maintain and update the HR sections of the firm's website and intranet.
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new employees.
  • Manage the firm's Travel Pass and Cycle to Work schemes.
  • Coordinate all leave activity within the firm.
  • Manage the leavers process.
  • Prepare and issue monthly, quarterly, and annual data reports and standard letters.
  • Partner with others in HR to review, design, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for HR projects and new initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a minimum of four years' experience in a similar role. You will have excellent English skills, high computer proficiency, and strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
