Key Responsibilities:
- Training administration and onboarding process
- Handling employee records and data
- Managing HR systems and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Responsible for various administrative tasks related to visa processing and work permits
Key Skillset:
- 3rd level HR Degree plus CIPD
- Strong HR Generalist Admin experience essential across all areas
- Highly capable of working on own initiative and prioritising
- Excellent organisational skills and attention detail
- Possess strong drive and passion for HR
- Excellent HRIS and IT systems
