Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Fermoy, Ireland, to support the resourcing, recruitment, and employee relations functions.

Responsibilities
- Resourcing, recruiting, and selecting suitably qualified personnel at all levels in line with site talent management and resourcing strategies.
- Work with functional managers to ensure contingency succession strategies exist for all key critical roles.
- Settling in meetings with new hires and exit interviews.
- Providing advice and counsel in performance management, problem resolutions, and best practice processes.
- Investigating ER issues, grievances, bully, and harassment allegations.
- Providing general Human Resources support for the Software division.
- Maintaining existing employee benefit programmes.
- Assisting in the organisation of company events.
- Input into the design and publication of the Company Magazine.
- Producing monthly and ad-hoc management reports.
- Maintaining employee database.
- Negotiating competitive service agreements with key resourcing partners.
- Coordinating Employee Events on site, information, and C&B events.
Personnel Specifications
- 2-3 years experience in a similar position.
- 3rd Level HR or related Business Qualification.
- Strong Project management Skills.
- Confidentiality.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Team Player, self-driven.
Desirable Qualifications
- CIPD Qualification.
- Working in the Manufacturing industry.
