Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Fermoy, Ireland, to support the recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration for our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities
- Resourcing, recruiting, and selecting suitably qualified personnel at all levels in line with site talent management and resourcing strategies.
- Working with functional managers to ensure contingency succession strategies exist for all key critical roles.
- Providing advice and counsel in areas of performance management, problem resolution, and best practice processes.
- Maintaining existing employee benefit programmes and being familiar with initiatives in other companies.
- Assisting in the organisation of company events and inputting into the design and publication of the company magazine.
Personnel Specifications
- 2-3 years experience in a similar position.
- 3rd Level HR or related Business Qualification.
- Strong Project management Skills.
- Confidentiality and acute attention to detail.
- Team Player, self-driven.
Desirable Qualifications
- CIPD Qualification.
- Working in the Manufacturing industry.
