Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist. This is role will be based in our Citywest office Co. Dublin, The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for providing front line support in the various human resource functions, which include HR Operations, Compliance (employment law & regulations, HR processes, policies and procedures), Industrial/ Employee Relations, HR Communication, HR Data Metrics and Reporting and HR projects. What you will be doing * Responsible for the input and auditing of HR data on our HRIS system. * Supporting the HR Business Partners in HR Analytics, Dashboard Reporting and Metrics. * Prepare HR reports for monthly management meetings and other meetings as required. * Adequately deal with any employee requests, ensuring a positive experience and suitable outcome. * Support management, in absence management, probation periods and in conducting disciplinary/grievance/performance meetings which can include leading the meeting or minute taking of meetings. * Support at site visits and HR Clinics, first point of contact for employee queries. * Review and develop company policies/procedures/handbook and work closely with various departments assisting line managers to understand and implement these policies/procedures. * Oversee employee leaver process and exit surveys. * Support in Wellbeing events and company communications including the Company Newsletter. * Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your Manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company. This list is not exhaustive, by its nature the role will require a candidate who is flexible and adaptable that can meet the changing needs and requirements of the service provided Is this job for me? * A third level qualification in Human Resources Management/Business Management and a minimum of 3 year's relevant experience operating as HR Administrator/Generalist. * Strong computer skills with past experience working with a HRIS and the ability to use Microsoft Packages such as Excel. * An excellent knowledge of Irish Employment Law. * Possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy in their work. * Able to work independently and collaboratively; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute decisions with judgment and discretion. * Client Centric- focused on continuous improvement and best practice in how we engage with leaders and employees at every point on the employee life cycle. * Proactive and ambitious - ability to take initiative, innovate and deliver best practice HR interventions at all times. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Enjoy working as part of a high performing team.
