Seeking a HR Generalist to manage HR processes, develop policies, and provide operational support in a Media Services organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR processes, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
  • Support the development and maintenance of effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support as required.
  • Build strong working relationships with employees and managers.
  • Support employee relations and provide project support.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and knowledge of HR processes.
  • Ability to contribute effectively across multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Commitment to developing knowledge across all aspects of employment legislation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
