Job Description

HR Generalist Excel Recruitment is seeking a HR Generalist for a Construction company based in North Dublin. This person will be a key member of the HR and Leadership team within the company and will be responsible for driving change and improvement initiatives. This position would suit a HR candidate who would like to take on a new challenge, in a busy environment, with a growing Company. Responsibilities: Develop and monitor HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation Advise and mentor team managers and supervisors on all HR related matters Oversee the management of the internal HR database, ensuring all employees are compliant with current employment legislation Manage HR administration including but not limited to job applications, interviews, feedback and onboarding of candidates Develop and monitor performance indicators for teams across the business Spearhead HR initiatives and activities, getting buy in from relevant stakeholders Assist teams across the business to deliver support for the development of employees Promote a healthy culture across all levels of the business Requirements: 5 years' experience in a similar position 3rd level qualification in Human Resources and CIPD accreditation Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Strong knowledge of employment legislation in Ireland and UK Excellent communication and negotiation skills essential Must have a full clean driving licence If you would like to apply for this HR Generalist position, please upload your CV to the link provided or call Laurence Rogers on .
