HR Generalist - Dublin - Permanent MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with well-established and rapidly growing business, who are seeking a talented HR Generalist to join their team. The role: The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in managing and supporting various human resources functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will be broad, encompassing a wide range of tasks across HR disciplines. What's on offer: Salary up to €47k. Flexible working. Continuous training and development. The main responsibilities: Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new hires, including conducting HR inductions to integrate employees smoothly. Serve as a key point of contact for HR and payroll queries, providing expert support to both employees and managers. Coordinate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities and champion employee development programs. Administer and manage the company's new time and attendance system to ensure accurate tracking. Prepare comprehensive HR metrics and reports for management. Regularly update and maintain the employee handbook to ensure compliance with current policies and procedures. Oversee probation reviews, annual appraisals, and employee surveys to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement. The ideal candidate: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a busy HR function. Previous payroll experience is required, experience dealing with hourly rates would be an advantage. A HR degree or other relevant HR qualification is required. Excellent knowledge of Irish Employment Law. Advanced Excel skills are essential.
