All of our jobs are based in Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ North Dublin. Overview of Role: Our client based in the Northeast is seeking aHR Generaliston a full-time permanent basis. Objectives of the role: As a Key Member of a HR team, you will provide an efficient and effective Administrative and organisational Service. This diverse role offers lots of variety and extends to providing Administrative HR support. The successful candidate must have demonstratable Office Management and HR Administrative experience within a fast-paced corporate environment, the ability to plan and prioritise their workload and the drive to resolve issues quickly. Responsibilities: Recruitment Manage the full end to end recruitment process from raising hire requests, sourcing and attracting talent, liaising with agencies and posting of roles on job boards and other recruitment platforms, initial screening of CVs, scheduling and conducting interviews, references checking and other screening checks and assessments right through to making an offer. Issue contracts of employment and new starter packs. Create, maintain and update employee files and systems. Engage with managers on the onboarding process, probation periods. Absence Management Run and maintain weekly absence report and tract and report on key absence metrics Track and manage all absence related documentation. Reporting Run weekly and monthly HR KPI dashboards and other reports across the various HR systems Manage the half yearly and annual performance review process. Training Manage the recording and reporting of all training activities on the Learning module. Learning administrator, including managing weekly data upload file General Manage employee key occasions process (birthdays, births, weddings) Process leavers and conduct exit interviews. Requirements: HR Qualification Working in a fast-paced Team Experience of HR systems Experience and knowledge across all Microsoft applications.
