HR Generalist Industrial Manufacturing (& Corporate Functions) organisation. Role = Fully on-site Monday-Friday - Permanent position Location = Co. Meath Salary Range = €45-55K Please note that you MUST have EU/EEA/UK citizenship or hold a current valid work visa for Ireland. No Sponsorship considered. Reporting directly into the HR Manager, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to assist in all areas of HR operations: Talent Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Industrial relations, L&D, Personal Development, Reward & Benefits, ER/IR, etc. As part of the HR Team of 4, the HR Generalist will provide a high level of HR support across the business. There are also HR administration tasks in this role, such as managing employee personnel records, apprenticeships, etc. Role Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support for a dynamic, enterprise Organisation with both Manufacturing production operations and corporate functions. You will be providing HR support / supporting Operational Managers on all aspects of their people strategy. You will join a small team of HR Professionals and will be seen as a key HR business partner to the various function managers (Finance, CxO, R&D, production management teams, etc). As a HR Generalist, you will also support the HR Manager in implementing and maintaining HR strategy as determined by the global and regional HR teams, across various elements of HR: Employee Relations Performance Management Recruitment & Employee PD Lifecycle Systems & Administration Occupational Health & Wellbeing General HR Interactions with Payroll, HR Projects, site employees, Local & Group HR teams, etc. HR Metrics & Data analysis & reporting using Workday Experience essential for this role: 2+ years' minimum experience of working in a HR Generalist function Good experience on different aspects of employee relations, HR procedures and employment legislation Excellent HR administration skills IT acumen - HR databases / HR Applications (ideally Workday, Time & attendance, etc ) and MS Office applications Strong communicator - verbal & written Professional & Team Culture proponent Any experience in a manufacturing or engineering organisation is advantageous HR Qualification - Degree, Diploma or HR Certification (CIPD, etc) This is an exciting role which involves working across the entire organisation and the day to day operations of a busy HR Department. We would also consider a strong HR Administrator who is ready to move in a HR Generalist role but you must have relevant HR qualifications / CIPD.
