Job Description

TTM are currently recruiting for HR Generalistto join our People & Culture team in our HQ in Ennis, Co. Clare for a minimum period of 12 months. Key Responsibilities: Day-to day-operational HR activity Lead the investigation of grievances, disciplinary and other formal procedures ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation of concerns and issues. Support the People & Culture Team in employee litigation and case management Work closely with the management team across all levels of the business to support to deliver internal HR communications and drive HR initiatives Deliver and organise training activities across the business, including induction Collate and report on HR data of relevance Ensure the relevant HR database/files are up to date, accurate and complies with GDPR Manage the full employee life cycle Lead HR projects and support management on company-wide activities Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring consistent practices. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within HR and across departments. The Ideal Candidate At least 3-5 years experience in Human Resources Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related field Experience working with HR systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven Solid computer skills across MS including Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook Why Work with TTM: Wellbeing- Up to 27 days' annual leave, with additional leave for those with 5+ and 10+ years' service.
