Job Description

Our client, a leading Irish law firm based in the city centre is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team. This is a broad HR role, where you will be working on a range of operational HR tasks. You will be responsible, for supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational activities such as payroll preparation, data audits, absence management, performance management, employee engagement etc. Support and coach people managers on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, under the relevant HR policies and provide a trusted HR advisory service across the company. Support HR manager on various projects. Ideal Candidate 3+ years' generalist experience. Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders. Broad generalist background with employee relations experience. Excellent communication and IT skills, with experience in robust HR reporting and analysis. Skills: 3+ years' experience.
