Job Description

Our semi-state client in Dublin City Centre, have an exciting requirement for a HR Generalist for a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR related support including performance management, recruitment, training and reward. RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED Responsible for all HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle Assist with payroll preparation and liaise with pension provider Learning & Development filing and administration Support the ongoing administration of key compensation & benefit policies Update and maintain the HR Support the Human Resources team in performance and probation management First point of contact for general employee queries Support the recruitment and selection of employees Support the review and updating of HR policies and procedures . EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3rd level qualification, ideally in a relevant 2+ HR experience required.
