In-Store HR Manager - North Dublin Excel Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced In-Store HR Manager on behalf of our client, a large and well-established retailer in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a retail professional to step into a key management role, focusing on the continuous development of the Human Resources function at the store level. 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Salary: €39k - €42k Key Responsibilities of this Duty Manager: Manage the Systems/Resource function effectively. Ensure outstanding customer service at all times. Assist in the general management of the store as needed. Ensure departments meet sales and contribution targets. Maintain food safety standards, aiming for a minimum A-B grade. Document and communicate all labour, stock control, ordering, and margins according to required procedures. Oversee the management of all products (including non-food items) and maintain staff flexibility throughout the store. Requirements for this SRM Duty Manager: Proven experience in a retail environment. Previous HR experience is desirable. Strong communication skills and a dedication to exceptional customer service. Ability to train, develop, and motivate colleagues. Prior management experience is preferred.
