Great opportunity for a HR Manager to join a dynamic organisation in Cork as they embark on their growth journey. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the HR Manager will lead the strategic HR agenda for the company, in line with business goals. Key responsibilities include. Leading the end-to end recruitment strategy for the organisation Supporting senior managers on all people related matters Lead the Talent Management strategy ensuring succession planning plays a key role in developing key talent Develop the HR strategy for the organisation in line with business goals Support senior management on all ER issues Drive the Learning and Development agenda for the company Keep all policies/procedures up to date in line with current legislation Responsible for HRIS system ensuring it is fit for purpose Experience required: Third level degree in HR or equivalent business degree Proven track record working in a similar role Expert in current legislation and Employment Law Excellent organisation and communication skills **Full role profile available on request** Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
