Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategy
- Support senior managers on people-related matters
- Lead Talent Management strategy, focusing on succession planning
- Develop HR strategy in line with business goals
- Support senior management on ER issues
- Drive Learning and Development agenda
- Ensure HRIS system is fit for purpose
Requirements:
- Third-level degree in HR or equivalent business degree
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Expertise in current legislation and Employment Law
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
