Job Description

Our Client, a Firm based city centre, have instructed Link Personnel to hire a HR Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced, dynamic team.
This is a busy and varied HR role with great autonomy.
Salary: to €60 K+The Role: Manage the whole recruitment life cycle.
Manage the onboarding process as well as all induction processes.
Organise any training courses when necessary.
Be in charge of all aspects of the Firm's Trainee Solicitor and Intern Programmes as well as being the main point of contact for all Trainee queries.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented across the Firm.
Support Managing Partner to develop new policies and procedures as required.
Manage the employee benefits programmes.
Advise Partners and Managers as appropriate to proactively manage employee relations issues as they arise, liaising with the Managing Partner as necessary, to ensure issues are resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner.
Manage the HR database, ensuring that information is accurate and kept up-to-date at all times, particularly in relation to personal details, salary records, training records, sickness, annual leave and other categories of leave.
Responsible for payroll admin.
Ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
The Candidate: Degree in HR or similar and CIPD certification are a must.3 years+ HR experience within a professional services/corporate environment.
Proven ability to be self-motivated and independent.
Adaptable and comfortable with handling a range of tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Meticulous attention to detail, flexible and very well organized.
Friendly, confident and people orientated.
