HR Manager Opportunity in City Centre Firm

Manage the recruitment process, onboard new employees, and coordinate training initiatives. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and advise on employee relations and benefits.

  • Manage the recruitment life cycle, including onboarding and induction processes
  • Organize training courses as needed
  • Lead the Firm's Trainee Solicitor and Intern Programmes
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee benefits and advise on employee relations
  • Oversee the HR database and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Support the Managing Partner in developing new policies and procedures
  • Administer payroll and handle ad hoc tasks and projects

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or a similar field, CIPD certification, and 3+ years of experience in HR within a professional services or corporate environment. They will be self-motivated, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
