Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced, dynamic team as a HR Manager in a busy and varied role with great autonomy.

The role includes managing the recruitment life cycle, onboarding process, and induction processes, as well as organizing training courses when necessary.

Responsibilities also include managing Trainee Solicitor and Intern Programmes, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures, and supporting the Managing Partner to develop new policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate has a Degree in HR or similar and CIPD certification, 3+ years of HR experience in a professional services/corporate environment, and strong skills in self-motivation, independence, adaptability, attention to detail, and organization.
