No direct line management experience is required, however will be expected to coach managers in day to day HR operational issues.
The purpose of this position is to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness of all HR policies and ways of working, to proactively ensure the application of policy and procedure line manager, and to continually coach, develop and grow line managers.
Please note that Irish Brand Homes is an in-person operation, so the successful candidate will be required to work minimum 3 days a week on site.
To be successful in this role, you will need: HR manager experience with a background in retail and/or hospitality, or experience across multiple HR functions Strong operational knowledge of ROI and European employment legislation Ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels of stakeholders Track record of excellent coaching and relationship building skills Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity and leading multiple priorities at pace Working with Us Flexibility is key to success in our business and many of our people work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time, compressed hours, flexible location.
