Job Description:

This Irish owned luxury brand are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time HR Manager to establish and lead the HR function within our organization.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR and has a strong background in recruitment, HR policies and procedures, workplace relations, and compliance with regulations.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from entrylevel to directorlevel positions, with a focus on attracting top talent for our retail operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Oversee the HR budget ensuring efficient and costeffective workforce planning.
• Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance on workplace regulations and maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
• Work closely with partner retailers on learning and development initiatives and manage the induction process for new employees.
• Improve the HR function and all processess, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.

• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with a strong background in retail recruitment and HR operations.
• Indepth knowledge of HR regulations, workplace relations, and best practices in recruitment and employee management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to setting up and managing the HR function.
