Job Description

Part-Time HR Manager (Permanent) role for an Irish owned luxury brand seeking an experienced HR professional to establish and lead the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from entry-level to director-level positions, with a focus on attracting top talent for retail operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Oversee the HR budget ensuring efficient and cost-effective workforce planning.
  • Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance on workplace regulations and maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Work closely with partner retailers on learning and development initiatives and manage the induction process for new employees.
  • Improve the HR function and all processes, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with a strong background in retail recruitment and HR operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR regulations, workplace relations, and best practices in recruitment and employee management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to setting up and managing the HR function.
