Location: Swords, North County Dublin Salary: up to 70k basic plus pension, health, bonus and 25 days AL Job type: Full-time, permanent Our client, an industry leader in their field, is looking to welcome a full-time permanent HR Manager to join their team. You will manage senior stakeholder relations across EMEA and align people strategy with business goals, ensuring that the workforce thrives in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for HR queries alongside the support of HR Admin Maintenance and management of all employee legislative and compliance documentation Responsible for 360 employee lifecycle to include, onboarding, training, appraisal, performance management and exit procedures Provide guidance and support to management in regard to all employee relations issues ensuring compliance within legislative and regulatory environments Manage and conduct disciplinary and grievance processes where appropriate Facilitate learning and development, implement programs to communicate key messages to employees Ad-hoc duties as required Key Skills: 3-5 years experience in a broad HR role at a senior level, ideally with direct reports CIPD qualification Excellent communication, problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills An ability to foster good relationships with all stakeholders at each level of the business Payroll experience is essential Awareness of the importance of confidentiality in HR
