HR Advisor /Manager Our client is a large European Construction Group consisting of multiple integrated group companies involved in the turnkey delivery of Data Centres throughout Europe with further expansion into the US and the Middle East planned in the short term. They have recently opened a Dublin Office and where they intend to base several specialist departments including Data Center design, commercial/tendering , H&S and Quality with oversight over all the companies within the Group. The office will be based in the Docklands in the heart of the city. Although a part of a Group with annual turnover well in excess of a billion Euro this will have a feel of a start up from a HR perspective. It would suit a hands /ambitious HR professional with a drive to steer the HR function with the company from an early stage. Reporting to the CEO in Ireland this role will initially support the Dublin office but can grow in scope to support the portfolio of businesses within the Group. You will act as an advisor to the CEO providing HR advice to support the companys overall agenda initially managing the organisation's full talent planning and recruitment process whilst adhering to legal requirements and budgetary spend. HR experience in the construction industry would be an advantage as would any international exposure. Salary and conditions will be in line with the experience of the candidate and can be discussed openly with the recruiter - there is potentially considerable scope in the role for the sucessful candidate.
